Cancellation policy

At this time, The Terry Turtle Co. does not offer any recurring subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy services.

All purchases made through our website are for products that are available for immediate purchase and dispatch.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@theterryturtleco.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your items, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If we introduce subscription services, memberships or pre-order products in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
