Do you ship outside of the UK?
We currently offer shipping within the UK and to Europe. As our fulfilment centre is based in the UK, shipping costs for European orders are slightly higher. We’re hoping to expand further, including to the USA, in the near future so watch this space!
What are your UK shipping rates?
We offer two Royal Mail tracked shipping options at checkout. Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£3.50) and Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£2.25). Orders over £40 qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Saturday). Delivery times then depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically arrives within 1–2 business days from dispatch, while Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically arrives within 2–3 business days from dispatch.
What's your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of order placement, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of use or are not returned in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund. You can find our full returns policy here.
